Trump Raids BUST Illegal Mexican Who Voted Twice Illegally — Judge Delivers DEVASTATING Justice!

An intelligent jury in Texas convicted a Mexican national for her criminal acts of “illegal voting” and she was sentenced to eight years in prison.

During her trial she made it apparent that she did not comprehend the difference between being a resident and a citizen. Clearly confused, she’ll spend eight years in jail to figure it out.

This reminds us again why voters should be required to show ID. If she had to show ID, then she probably would not have voted two times illegally. If she tried to, she would’ve been caught and denied a vote.

Breitbart: A Texas jury convicted a Mexican national for the crime of “illegal voting” on Wednesday and was sentenced to eight years in prison.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Tarrant County officials put Rosa Maria Ortega to trial for voting in two Texas elections.

Texas legislators enacted the law in 2011 and it became effective on January 1, 2012.
Breitbart Texas reported that Ortega would face trial on Monday. The 37-year-old woman was indicted in November 2015.

The Tarrant County indictment stated that she voted in the November 2012 General Election and the May 2014 Primary Run-off, knowing she was not eligible to vote because she is not a U.S. citizen. Ortega had previously applied to vote, but Tarrant County officials rejected her application because she admitted on the form to non-citizen status when asked. She filled out an application five months later and alleged she was a citizen.

A release distributed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Thursday noted that Ortega “cast ballots five times between 2004 and 2014.” The bulk of these instances occurred before Texas began enforcement of its photo voter identification law.

Ortega did not cast a vote during the General Election of 2016. She also stated that she planned to marry her husband in the future. He’s a citizen. She should have married him a lot sooner, then she’d probably be legit and not doing conjugal visits in prison.
She also is reported to have applied for food stamps, but I am unsure if she was granted them or not.

When she was interviewed by Sgt. Cadwell, in 2015, she had checked YES to being a citizen on voter registration forms at least twice.

She claims she did not pursue becoming a citizen because she did not have money to do so.

Hold on – if she knew how to pursue becoming a citizen, then doesn’t she know the difference between a resident who’s just staying there, and a citizen who has all the American rights and glory?

How much does it cost to get a court marriage where there’s no ceremony? She could have done that to become a citizen, right? That would’ve taken her a whole five minutes.

She defended herself in court, so I’m wondering where her so-called husband is to begin with. He’s probably just a guy she lives with and puts out for. Can’t be much else if he isn’t helping her out.

I don’t think she needs eight years in the slammer, but a bus ride back to her native land would suffice.

What’s the point in keeping someone locked up for eight years because of voter fraud? Our team won and we have the White House. Whatever she did had no impact and we’re moving towards making America greater (it’s already great).

Give her a slap on the wrist and send her packing. Or, give her 90 days to get a job, get married, and start paying taxes. If she’s living here and not a violent person, then she can pay taxes like the rest of us.

Our taxes is like paying rent to live in America.

If you’re living here, then pay up!

I’ll take your tax money, from a non-violent person, over deportation any day of the week, but your ass better go get a job!
