A Texas father accused of murdering his daughters reportedly said two creepy words to them right before doing so – “nice legs.”
Yaser Abdel Said was heard in a home video walking into his daughters’ room and making disturbing comments to them.
“Nice legs. Mmm very nice,” he said to the teenage girls. “Sarah sleeps with her pants? Mmm, very nice. Wow, look at those eyes. I got my eye on you.” The girls reportedly were disturbed and yelled at their father to leave the room.
Said was later accused of shooting 17-year-old Sarah and 18-year-old Amina 11 times in a cab on New Years Eve in 2008. Some relatives since speculated that the murders might have been “honor killings.”
The girls previously accused their father of sexual abuse in 1998, Daily Mail reported. They later took back the claims, saying they were just trying to live with their grandmother, but their mother ultimately stated that they were telling the truth. The Egypt-born father was reportedly obsessed with his daughters’ virginity and held the belief that modern western society was corrupting them. He even threatened to kill them at one point after learning that they had boyfriends.
“Amina always knew that Yaser was going to murder her, it was just a question of when and where,” Ruth Trotter, the mother of Amina’s boyfriend Joseph, said in a new documentary on the murders called The Price Of Honor.
The girls’ father fled after the murders, though it is not known whether he is still alive or even outside of Texas.
“Honor killings have no place here in The United States.I agree with President Trump travel ban..One question,, are sons treated the same way as daughter, when they disrespect the family?” one Mad World News reader commented in response to the story.
“This bastard needs to be found so those poor girls get justice . How can a mom stay with a monster like this one ? She could had prevented this from happening , I seen the story and she didn’t do much to save those girls . What a shame,” another added.
