“The Young Mummy” blogger Sophie Cachia, who has a base of more than 152,000 Instagram followers, posted a selfie to her page on Dec. 7 that has since gone viral. The “standard cute” picture is one of her holding her son Bobby.

In a surprise to her followers, Cachia’s caption reveals quite a different story to what is going on.

“To the naked eye, this looks like your standard cute photo of Bobby and I,” she wrote, the Daily Mail reports. “This photo was in fact captured whilst I was taking a poo.

“Just thought I’d let you all know. Especially for all those planning on having children soon. This. Is. Your. Life. Goodnight,” she added.

The funny post had garnered thousands of likes and hundreds of comments thus far. The post especially resonated with mothers, who laughed knowingly, and non-parents.

“I’m going to remind you of this next time you think i should start a family,” one woman wrote, tagging her friend in the image.

Other mothers commented that the hug is the only thing that matters, independent of where they take place.

“To them you’re their mumma and they don’t care where the cuddles happen,” one woman wrote. “It’s all lovely really even on the loo.”

Some mothers stated they haven’t had a private time in their bathrooms for years.

“Too funny. I’m taking a poo whilst reading this,” one woman wrote. “My kids often come in to ask me stuff and the oldest is 17.

“‘Lock the door’ I hear you say. I do and they take the door knob off to come in.”

Other women expressed a level of camaraderie with Cachia’s toilet moment.

“Story of my life! Glad I’m not the only one,” one wrote.

Elite Daily reported that she shared another moment on the throne, trying to pee early in the morning. Her son drew on her with lipstick, instead.
