Since moving out of the White House and to New York City, Malia Obama has been keeping busy.

During her first week interning at the Weinstein Company, the 18-year-old was spotted socializing at the final season premier after party for HBO’s “Girls” (photo below).

Obama attended the Feb. 2 bash with the cast and crew at Cipriani 42nd Street in midtown Manhattan, according to Us Weekly.

“Malia was chatting casually with a few people,” a source at the event told Us Weekly. “She was just hanging out like everyone else.”

According to the anonymous onlooker, Obama kept a relaxed demeanor and blended into the crowd. If secret service officers came with her, then they kept a low profile.

“It didn’t seem like many people noticed she was there,” the source added.

Obama interned for the show in 2015, helping the writers on set while she was in high school. According to “Girls” actor Andrew Rannells, she was “really nice and cool,” even while surrounded by security.

“She was great!” the 38-year-old told Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live,” according to Us Weekly.

“I have to say, that secret service was so stealth that it took awhile to figure out like where she was at any given time,” Rannells added. “Because they really did blend in very sort of seamlessly. She didn’t disrupt our set at all.”

The former first daughter, who also interned as a production assistant on Halle Berry’s 2014 CBS show “Extant,” initially scored the position with “Girls” thanks to the perks of having a U.S. president for a father.

“[Malia is] a fan, and she mentioned that to Lena [Dunham] when she came to the White House,” a source familiar with the production told Us Weekly when she began her stint there in 2015. “I’m not sure how long she’ll be interning for. It’s a bit of a trial thing for her. They’ve known each other and discussed for a while. Lena and her get along great.”

Whether or not Malia intends to become a professional filmmaker, one thing is for sure: she won’t be following in her father’s footsteps.

“Neither [Malia nor her sister Sasha intend] to pursue a future in politics, and in that too, I think their mother’s influence shows,” former President Barack Obama said during his last press conference as president on Jan. 18, according to Hollywood Life.
